Steps we take to complete Revivify coating

Inspection

Inspecting the paint before Revivify coating is an important step to ensure a flawless finish. By carefully examining the surface, we can identify any imperfections that need to be corrected before applying the coating. This will help to ensure that your vehicle looks its best and stays protected for years to come.

2 bucket wash

now that we have inspected the poaint we can move on to giving your car a 2 bucket wash. We always use a 2 bucket wash when washing cars to avoid adding any more microswirls or scratches

decontamination & clay bar

Chemical decontamination and clay bar are used before Revivify coatings to ensure that the surface of the car is free of contaminants such as dirt, grime, and other impurities. This is important because any contaminants left on the surface can interfere with the bonding process of the coating.

Paint correction

Paint correction is an essential step before applying Revivify coatings. This is because paint correction removes any imperfections, swirl marks, and scratches from the surface of your car's paint, leaving it smooth and flawless. Applying ceramic coating on top of a corrected surface ensures that the coating will bond properly and provide maximum protection and shine for your car.

Applying Revivify coating

Now we can apply the revivify self healing coating of your choice, we have 2 options of revivify coating. after we finish applying revivify. your car needs to stay indoors for 12 hours after the application.

 

option 1: 2 year coating 

option 2: 5+ year coating

Enjoy your new coating

Now that you have had revivify coating installed you can enjoy the coating and show of your flashy new paint, and if it manages to get any micro swirls simply just add mild heat tot the coating and watch them swirls dissapear 

 What type of revivify coating is right for your pride and joy?

Here at Js Autobody Work & detailing we  offers two self-healing coating options: Ultra and Lite. The choice between the two depends on your specific needs. If you require a thicker longer lasting coating, Ultra may be the way to go. Conversely, if you prefer still a really nice coating that last 2 plus years, Lite may be the better choice. Don't hesitate to contact us to learn more about which option is best you.

Both coatings have a pa part to play when it comes to pricing as well with the ultra being a tad more expensive then the light version.

The coating builds a semi-permanent bond with the paint on your car. It will not wash off, wear out, or need to be reapplied every few months. However, this coating should only be applied by professionals. You may not have all the required equipment at home and the final result may be less than satisfactory. Instead, bring your car to Js Autobody Work & detailing and we will take care of the rest.
